The IFF is one of many leagues under the Total Sports World banner. The main league site is located Here
After the 2012 campaign the Knight League was disbanded and the IFF rearranged as a two tier system of 12 teams each.

Structure
England
Each club is striving to win the Apex Cup or the Crown Trophy. The term (season) is 22 weeks long and each club will play every other club twice per season, once home and once away. As standard with all football leagues, 3 points are awarded for a victory, 1 point is awarded for a draw and 0 points are awarded for a loss. Point total ties in the table (standings) will be decided by goal differential (GD). If goal differential is equal, then the tie goes to the club with more away goals. The club with the most accumulated points after week 26 is considered the be the league champion.
